Possibility of construction according to the current PLU:

The ground surface of the constructions is limited to:
a. 20% of the total surface area of the building plot for the main construction with a maximum of 450 m2 per land unit́.

b. For annexes:
- 4 % for basins constituting a footprint with a maximum limit of 100 m2. The surface area of the beaches is limited to 100% of the ground area of the swimming pool,
- 20 m2 maximum for pool houses,
- 20 m2 maximum for the technical room of the swimming pool, which must be built́ under the pool deck unless it is technically impossiblé and duly demonstrated,
