Several courses are on the programme. The marathon, of course, 42,195 km long, but also other distances, 5 different events in total, solo or in teams: a relay marathon in teams of 3 to 7 runners, a relay marathon in duo (2 x 21,11 km), a 10 km marathon between La Croix-Valmer and Cavalaire, an 18 km transgolfe marathon between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez Open to all, all competitions start in Sainte-Maxime
