Beautiful contemporary house tastefully decorated. On the ground floor, a spacious living room and an open, fully equipped kitchen provide direct access to the garden and the pool. The terrace adjacent to the kitchen includes an outdoor dining area, a shaded relaxation lounge, and a barbecue, completing the exterior of the house.

There are also two bedrooms, one with a duplex twin bedroom, and two shower rooms with toilets. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and American fridge is also available.

An independent studio, accessible via an external staircase, consists of a bedroom with a shower room, a breakfast corner (coffee machine, kettle, small fridge...), and has access to a private sun terrace.

Air conditioning and parking are also available.
